Instructions:

1. Select Location
2. Confirm your name
3. Enter Customer Number:
   1. Paste from Clipboard with button press (customer lookup done automatically)
   2. Manually type in Customer Number then press Lookup
4. Add optional photo(s)
5. Fill out upsell details
6. Submit field sale upsell
