2. Enter Name
3. Enter Customer Number:
   1. Paste from Clipboard with button press (customer lookup done automatically)
   2. Manually type in Customer Number then press Lookup
4. Attach Photo(s)
5. Add Suggested Service(s)
6. Enter in Description
7. Submit Lead
